We hope you enjoy what you ordered.  In case you don’t, contact for instructions on returns within 30 days from placing your order.  We are unable to process returns if more than 30 days has gone by.  To be eligible, return item must have been purchased from and proof of purchase is required. The item must be unused and in the same condition that was received. It must also be in the original packaging.  Only regular priced items may be returned, sale items are final and cannot be refunded. If item was purchased from a physical location, that item is subject to the store's return policy. Please inquire with the store directly. 

If you would like to make an exchange, follow the steps here for the return of the item you have in hand, and then proceed to our store to purchase the item you would like instead.

Once the return is received and inspected, an email will be sent to notify you that we have received the item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the return.

If you are approved, then your return will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days for refunds.  If you do not see a refund after 14 days of the receiving the email that approved your refund, verify with your bank and credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted your account.  There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.  Please contact us at if you still have not received your refund after confirming with your bank and credit card company.



If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and the gift giver will find out about your return.



You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping item(s) over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
